Chapter dues for Penn State Panhellenic chapters range from approximately $300-1,100 per semester. These dues include national membership, housing, special events involvement, and other chapter specific events and fees that are incurred throughout a semester. During Formal Recruitment, chapters will disclose their financial expectations of members. If you have questions or concerns about finances, be sure to discuss it with your Pi Chis or women you meet during Recruitment.
A potential new member should be advised that her first semester will be more expensive than preceding semesters, due to specific new member fees from sorority chapters’ national offices – these are one-time fees.
Penn State Panhellenic chapters welcome all women on campus to become active members and have payment plans and scholarships available to all women of all undergraduate levels. Sorority membership costs vary by chapter. For information regarding the dues of a specific chapter, please contact our Vice President for Finance.
