The Circle of Sisterhood Foundation is an organization created by sorority women to engage sorority chapters across the United States to raise money, educate, and bring awareness to the difficulties women face in developing nations regarding the lack of access to education. The Foundation works to remove these educational barriers through grant award programs and school building programs. Some grant work programs include adult and K-12 education, health and medical supplies, and menstrual hygiene management. As of January 2022, 39 schools have been built in Africa, Asia, and North America with the majority of them being fully funded by Panhellenic Associations from colleges and universities around the United States.
